Overview Long Prairie Packing, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, has an opportunity for an Employee Engagement Coordinator at our Long Prairie, MN plant.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Conduct tours to acquire knowledge of the production floor for informative tours.
Create announcements.
Coordinate and organize engagement events.
Facilitate team building activities.
Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.
Design and implement comprehensive employee engagement programs aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and culture.
Cultivate positive relationships with off‑site vendors to secure favorable deals for company events.
Collaborate with other departments to create initiatives and programs that promote employee engagement.
Facilitate surveys to gather employee feedback on workplace satisfaction, motivation, and engagement levels.
Identify trends and insights to optimize engagement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Basic PC skills; experience with MAS or other A/P packages is helpful.
Prior accounts payable experience helpful.
Skill and qualification in social media strategy.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to perform job duties with minimal direction.
Strong work ethic and attendance record.
Education, Training, and Licenses
Diploma or GED required.
What We Offer
The expected base salary range for this position is between $19.70 per hour. Your actual base pay may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, expertise, and geographic location.
This base salary is a component of our total compensation package, which also includes the following:
Position eligibility for the company's discretionary annual bonus plan and merit increases.
