Warehouse Inventory Clerk 1st Shift

Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full‑Time Inventory Cycle Counter / Warehouse Clerk in Whitestown, Indiana. The position is paid weekly. Products being handled include electronic repair parts and equipment such as sit‑down forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.
Hourly Pay: $20.20
Overtime Pay: $30.30
Schedule: Day Shift Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred
One (1) year or more Microsoft Office experience preferred
May be required to be equipment certified depending on location
Ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build professional relationships with peers, supervisors, and customers
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Flexibility and self‑drive in a fast‑paced environment
Highly organized, multitasking and time‑management skills
Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
Important Note Some positions require additional screening, including employment and education verification, a motor‑vehicle records check, a road test, and/or customer background and badging requirements.
Responsibilities
Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
Audit inbound and outbound shipments
Participate in physical inventories as required
Provide floor support to operation supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues
Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed
Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with an emphasis on safety
Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
Perform other duties as assigned
