POSITION SUMMARY U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm or until work is completed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.

Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.

Expect to lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use mechanical equipment or team lifts for heavy tires.

Be able to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.

Plant racks reach up to 25 feet; you must be comfortable working at those heights safely while operating equipment.

Remain on the move and work on your feet for extended periods; overtime may be required.

Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.

Assists other departments (e‑commerce, inventory, will‑call) as business needs arise.

Perform other job‑related tasks as directed by your supervisor, with reasonable accommodations if needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Physical demands: The employee must be qualified in visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequently lift products up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handle commercial tires (rolling, destacking, team lifting) with team lifts or mechanical equipment.

Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (SRL). All equipment is provided by U.S. AutoForce except for steel/composite toe boots. Team members must adhere to safety and manufacturing guidelines for compliant use of all protective equipment.

Work environment: The employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. Noise levels are usually moderate. Fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants may be present.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.

1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.

Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.

Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.

Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.

Abide by all company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.

Must pass forklift certification.

Willing to work overtime as needed.

Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.

Work well in a team environment.

Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana testing).
