Job Details Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2 PM – 10:30 PM (or until finished) Pay: $23.01/hr Job Level: 2
Role Overview The forklift operator moves products or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered industrial equipment. The role demands a strong focus on safety and high productivity in a fast‑paced setting.
Responsibilities
Operate industrial vehicles and equipment to relocate products or materials within a warehouse facility.
Transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated areas to meet requirements.
Efficiently load and unload palletized and/or non‑palletized products in or out of designated trailers and route trucks to meet scheduled delivery times.
Ensure that products or materials are stacked, stored, and secured in compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Load proper dunnage on transport trailers to secure the load and prevent tipping or falling.
Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation.
Ensure proper rotation of product.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Forklift certified or willing to be trained and become certified within one month.
Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy.
Work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
Lift 50 pounds.
