We are currently seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in our Mohawk Indianapolis location.

Summary Reporting to the Lead Mechanic, the Industrial Maintenance Technician will join our Maintenance team to assist with the maintenance of batch blend production facility by installing and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe and electrical systems in a heavy industrial environment. The technician will also contribute to continuous improvement in the organization.

lock out tag out, line break, confined space entry

electrical equipment (24 VDC – 480 VAC 3 PH)

pumps (centrifugal, gear, diaphragm)

air compressors

welding/pipeline fitting (TIG)

instrumentation

computers

Rockwell PLC control understanding

maintenance software knowledge

general facilities maintenance

Position requirements

previous experience in a large industrial maintenance department preferred

previous electrical experience preferred

Requirements

High school diploma or GED

excellent interpersonal skills within all levels of an organization

exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation
