What You’ll Be Doing
Lead teams by example, assisting in transportation, site preparation, and creative move planning.
Partner with the Transportation team to ensure safe and efficient delivery of customers' dream homes.
Assist with scheduling of home transports and coordinating personnel.
Become proficient with jobsite equipment such as the house tug, Jadde, Platypus, etc.
Anticipate needs and problem‑solve with the Transportation Supervisor or hub leadership.
Deliver homes and bring families their dream.
When You’ll Be Doing It
Full‑time, Monday through Friday.
What Could Make You a Great Fit
3+ years’ experience driving with a CDL, preferably pulling a manufactured home.
Minimal to no driving infractions, especially regarding DOT inspections.
Experience with scheduling a plus.
Ability to lift & move up to 50 lbs. safely.
Positive, coaching attitude.
Experience operating various machines and rapid learning of specialty equipment.
