Job Description
Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear and consistent information exchange.
Develops, discusses, and communicates individualized goals for each patient in collaboration with the patient, family, and significant others to address cardiac pulmonary needs.
Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment for patient care.
Evaluates patient progress, reassesses care provided, and responds to patient and family needs to ensure overall quality of care.
Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care to integrate information for use by the healthcare team and ensure quality care.
Qualification Requirements
Associate's of Nursing (Required)
Bachelor's of Nursing
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
Basic Life Support – CPR Certificate (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $33.99 - $63.22
