Role Overview We are looking for experienced, hard‑working professionals to join our team as a CDL B Driver. CDL B Drivers will execute local lumber deliveries to customer homes and job sites, and are responsible for safely loading and unloading building material products.
Responsibilities
Professional delivery of building material
Verifying accuracy of orders for delivery
Truck maintenance
Staging loads efficiently
Safe material handling and equipment usage
Ability to load and unload truck using safe material handling practices
Must have clean MVR and recent driving experience
Full time 40+ hours per week – start time 6:30 am (availability 6:30 am to 5:30 pm)
Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs regularly
Forklift experience required
Pay is dependent on experience; overtime after 40 hours
Paid weekly on Fridays
Discretionary profit share after one year of employment
Six paid holidays and PTO immediately
Must wear PPE; building material product knowledge is a plus
Qualifications
Minimum age 21 years to drive with Curtis Lumber
Currently hold a valid REAL ID or Enhanced CDL license
Clean MVR and recent driving experience
Forklift experience
Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs
Willingness to start at 6:30 am and work until 5:30 pm
Pay & Hours Hourly rate $25–$26 per hour with annual performance‑based raises. Full‑time, 40+ hours per week. Overtime available after 40 hours. Paid weekly on Fridays.
