Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including both interior areas and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences within the location. Communicate with supervisors, Allied Universal management, and/or client representatives regarding security‑related matters and incidents. Complete required documentation and reports accurately and promptly following patrols and/or incidents. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as appropriate for the logistics and distribution environment. Remain alert and attentive throughout the shift to help deter potential issues and respond promptly to any security‑related concerns. Minimum Requirements

At least 6 months of security‑related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
