C.Bargaining Unit:YesThe Workforce Education Center is an arm of the Division of Adult & Continuing Education at LaGuardia Community College that works with youth ages 14-24 who need improvement in academic skills, an internship, a high school equivalency diploma, community service experience, entry into the job market or interested in entering college. The Site Monitor positions are responsible for the monitoring of approved worksites where Summer Youth Employment and Work Learn & Grow students are completing assigned internships. The worksites are in four of the five boroughs of New York City. Three part-time positions are available from January 01, 2026 through March 31, 2026. The Worksite Monitors report directly to the SYEP Program Director.Performance Responsibilities:* Monitor participants’ performance at assigned worksites* Provide regular feedback to the Program Coordinator* Collect, maintain, and organize participant timesheets on a weekly basis* Conduct weekly worksite assessments to ensure compliance with program standards* Ensure worksites provide a safe and supportive environment for all youth participants* Monitor and report any issues or violations to appropriate personnel promptly* Prepare and submit weekly worksite assessment reports in YEPS* Interact regularly with worksite supervisors and participants to support program goals* Act as a liaison between the worksite and the provider/contractor* Distribute and collect participant evaluations* Prepare and submit Participant Service Questionnaire (PSQ) forms* Assist with processing participant payroll and distribution of debit cards* Perform other related duties as assigned by the Program CoordinatorQualifications:The education requirement is High School Diploma required, Associates Degree or currently enrolled in college preferred.Pay Range:$22/hour**RFCUNY Benefits**

RFCUNY serves as a fiscal agent and works closely with all the CUNY campus Grants Offices to perform the core functions of post-award financial management for CUNY research projects and sponsored programs. These functions include legal assessment and signing of agreements where RFCUNY is named as a fiscal agent; setting up award accounts; preparing sub-awards and assisting PIs in monitoring the work of the recipients of sub-awards; supporting project directors with hiring and managing research project and sponsored program staff; supporting the purchasing and paying for goods and services with grant and program funds; managing financial aspects of projects including accounts receivable, financial reporting, invoicing, budget monitoring, and cost compliance with uniform guidance; ensuring that sponsor financial requirements are met; monitoring compliance with applicable project and financial management rules and laws; supporting the management of independent and external audits and financial reviews; and providing data, information, management expertise, and other supports to CUNY’s research and sponsored programs.**Equal Employment Opportunity Statement**
