About the Role
As a Sr. Site Project Engineer in Milwaukee, WI, you will lead, manage, and coordinate capital and expense projects within the Supply Chain Department of Brewery Operations.
Responsibilities
Analyzes and reviews operational problems, provides engineering consultation and assistance to troubleshoot and determine fundamental causes of equipment and operational problems.
Ensures processes are safe, functional and validated to perform at their design capability and inherent reliability.
Improves the supply chain operation through process optimization, asset improvement, and new technology utilizing problem solving and continuous improvement techniques.
Responsible for adhering to all rules, regulations, policies, programs and related Molson Coors Quality Management System, e.g., SQF, HACCP, and GMP, to ensure safety and quality of Molson Coors products.
Applies Molson Coors and industry standard engineering best practices, process and design standards and system optimization strategies.
Participates in assigned WCSC Pillar responsibilities.
Qualifications
8+ years of engineering/maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives.
Multi-disciplinary knowledge and application of Electrical, Mechanical, and Chemical engineering methods.
Possesses ability to handle multiple projects with little guidance or direction.
Basic knowledge of at least one of the following areas:
Electrical and electronic control systems, circuit design, power calculations, general lighting theory.
Instrumentation and control devices, pneumatic and electrical, utilized in process control.
Materials handling equipment and system operations.
Mechanical and hydraulic functions and relationships in packaging equipment and conveyor systems.
Mechanical relationships and demand calculations for equipment utilized in refrigeration, water, air, and other basic utility functions.
Fluid flow theory and pump operations for process systems.

$109,100 – $143,200
