SailPoint Developer

who is responsible for implementing identity and access management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint’s IdentityIQ platform for a DOD program. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, configuring SailPoint solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and applications. This is a great opportunity in the IT space.

Responsibilities for the SailPoint Developer

Design and implement IAM solutions leveraging SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Develop custom integrations with applications, directories, and systems using APIs and connectors.

Ensure data synchronization and secure communication between platforms.

Implement access control policies, role-based access control (RBAC), and other security measures.

Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications for the SailPoint Developer

4+ years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions

2+ years of experience with enterprise identity governance & administration (IGA) solutions

Hands on experience with SailPoint IdentifyIQ (IIQ) or IdentityNow

Familiarity with Saviynt Security Manager (SSM) or Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC)

Knowledge of IBM Security Verify Governance for policy-based identity management

Strong proficiency in Java programming

Ability to develop custom connectors, workflows, and integrations within identity platforms

Sec+ or equivalent certification (required)

Must have an Active Secret Clearance (required)

Bachelor’s degree in related field

Compensation for the SailPoint Developer

Salary Range: Between $120,000 - $155,000 depending on experience
