Qualifications
Four years of programming experience in PowerBuilder with PFC (PowerBuilder Foundation Class) libraries.
Experience with Agile teams and development methods.
Informix or Oracle database and database tools experience.
Experience with PowerBuilder source control tools (Microsoft VSS or others).
Extensive program code reading, understanding, and documenting tasks.
Troubleshooting against existing applications.
Routine ticket resolving.
A quick analytical mind on programming and business logic is essential.
Ability to present complicated business rules to third‑party vendors and contractors in a clear, graphic manner.
Knowledge of other programming languages such as 4GL and PHP, with the skill of top‑down testing through these application interfaces to quickly grasp business concepts.
