The Financial Analyst will assist in the Budget process, the monthly consolidation and analysis of Tiffany Global P&L for actuals closes, and prepare reports and presentations for Senior Management and LVMH. This position will provide both strategic insights and in-depth analysis by working cross-functionally across Departments and Regions.

Key Accountabilities Monthly Actual Closings:

Consolidation and analysis of Tiffany Global P&L.

Provide reports (MTD / YTD vs prior year, vs Budget, by Region, organic / published etc…) and commentary to Senior Management and to LVMH.

Connect with Departments / Regions to provide insightful analyses to Senior Management.

Budget Process:

Plan the worldwide process for all Budget periods: prepare timeline, technical instructions & deadlines, prepare financial systems (including FX rates and calculations at different FX).

Consolidate P&L / track different versions until final. Provide reports and analyses to Senior Management.

In charge of Budget reporting in LVMH financial systems (Syrus) and prepare LVMH reporting package.

Partner with Global Financial Systems team to ensure reliability of our FP&A systems and work on necessary maintenance and upgrades.

Perform ad hoc analysis across divisions/regions as requested by all levels of management and present recommendations based on output of analysis (for example deep-dive analysis of a specific account over 5 years etc…).

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of finance related experience

BS degree (Finance or Accounting preferred)

Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills

Proven track record delivering high quality work

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

FP&A Experience

Experience with Hyperion Planning a plus

Experience with business intelligence tools such as SAP Business Objects a plus

The hiring range for this position ranges from $101,575 - $130,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
