Job Summary The Digital Strategy Supervisor is a central facet within the Digital Strategy team. Working under the guidance of the VP of Digital Strategy, the Digital Strategy Supervisor constructs the strategic foundation for media plan development and makes sure all tactical plans are grounded in these guiding principles. As a key agency contact, he/she works closely with clients and all internal/external partners, coordinating of parties and ensuring streamlined communication is achieved. The Digital Strategy Supervisor applies his/her knowledge of industry trends and Horizon’s consumer/channel insight resources to offer the clients fresh thinking. He/she supervises all team projects, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time and reflect both practical and strategic thinking.Main Duties and Responsibilities Supervisory Responsibilities Guide team in setting goals and project tasks & timelines, ensuring team members has challenging, level-appropriate projects and opportunities to learn new skills Knowledge and Skills Required Minimum of 5-7 years of experience developing strategic media recommendations and stewarding digital media account projects Primary experience in Digital Media, with high level understanding of planning, buying and activation * Passion for technology, with a strong understanding of the inner-workings of Digital platformsCertificates, licenses and registrationsPhysical Activity and Work Environment*No requirements for physical activity and work environment**The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so classified.
