Supervises, directs and coordinates the Collection functions, operations, and personnel for Northside Hospital, Northside Hospital Cherokee, Northside Hospital Forsyth and Northside Outpatient Facilities. Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent and four (4) years collections experience, two (2) of which must have been in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Call center or dialer experience. Ability to work independently, and direct and train personnel. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Preferred
Prior collections experience in healthcare environment. B.S. degree in Business or related field. Five (5) or more years collection experience. CPAR/CFC Certified.
