Our client, a leading organization in the technology and process management sector, is seeking a Process Analyst->CLT/Jax->AL to join their team. As a Process Analyst->CLT/Jax->AL, you will be part of the Process Improvement Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Design and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
Utilize process modeling tools such as Visio and ARIS to create detailed process diagrams
Collaborate across departments to implement process enhancements and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Support systems integration and transition activities with technical teams
Apply Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives
What's Needed?
5-7 years of experience in IT service management processes and tools
Proficiency with process modeling tools such as Visio and ARIS
Strong technical and analytical skills, including systems integration experience
Background in process design and reengineering
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
