Job Description
Manage and maintain servers, networks, firewalls, VMware/ESX, Azure cloud, storage, and databases.
Improve infrastructure performance, security, and scalability.
Modernize and simplify legacy systems with cost‑effective solutions.
Oversee daily IT operations and ensure high uptime for critical systems.
Manage POS support and IT helpdesk to meet SLAs across all locations.
Oversee IT assets, software licensing, and inventory.
Track and report operational KPIs.
Lead and develop a small infrastructure and operations team.
Oversee access control, risk management, and security compliance.
Support incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
Lead infrastructure projects such as network upgrades, data center improvements, and new store openings.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience, including leadership responsibilities.
Retail industry experience preferred.
Strong skills in networking, VMware/ESX, Windows/Linux servers, Azure, DR/backup, and POS technologies.
Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
