Position Summary:
Assistsprofessional nursing personnel inprovidingpatient care in assigned area.Assistspatients with activities of daily living,provides forpersonal care, emotional support and performs more complex clinical skills under the direction of professional nursing personnel.
Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of course for nursing assistants.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certificationis not acceptable.
Desired Qualification: Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills required.
Knowledge of reimbursement systems preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
