Astoria, United States | Posted on 01/06/2026 Care2U was formed in 2022 around a single and singular vision to revolutionize the trusted house call: bringing back a care-full custom, while bringing forward an increasingly care-less healthcare industry. By optimizing each patient's site of care — and removing them from endless and expensive hospital admissions — physicians, care managers, caregivers, and entire health organizations could simultaneously improve outcomes and lower costs. So, with an 100+ years of combined expertise across Emergency Medicine, Population Health, In-Home Care, and Logistics to build from, the Care2U Team developed a comprehensive yet compassionate, efficient and effective, end-to-end Platform of services that brings together the comfort of yesteryear's in-home consultations with the capabilities of today's medical technologies, all to realize the promise of tomorrow's high-complexity healthcare. Because for every acute care need treated outside of an emergency facility, the entire healthcare system is given a better chance to, itself, heal. This is what 'healing at home' is all about. This is Care2U. Job Description
