Assembly Lead

to join our team in

Paris, Texas !

Rodgers Wade busca un líder de ensamblaje para unirse a nuestro equipo en

Verifies quality of finished pieces in accordance with company and customer requirements.

Handles and resolves work and employee issues as needed.

Continually trains and develops employees to facilitate job growth and cross training.

Participates in hiring, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.

Immediately notifies supervision of any issues related to material quality and documentation as well as tool performance and needs.

What We’re Looking For / Requisitos:

Experience in construction or assembly work

Comfort using tools and working with wood or laminates

Ability to read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings

Team player with a strong work ethic

What We Offer

Competitive Pay – $18–$20/hour

(pay is negotiable based on experience and skill level)
