Leader Industrial Engineering (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
Targeted implementation of group wide standards at the Hemer plant for processes, procedures, machines, tools and Lean Management
Planning, implementation and tracking of cost improvement measures across processes in production, coordination with central departments
Supporting the plant management in the strategic orientation of the Hemer plant
Implement inhouse automatisation programs from concept to realisation (from robot/cobot Pick & Place to more complex applications like inline production chains)
Execute new product development driven by central R & D; Implementation of new products in production until Start of Production (SOP)
Technical and disciplinary management of the Industrial Engineering team at the Hemer plant
Your profile:
Completed engineering or master's degree in the fields of mechanical engineering, production engineering or process engineering or a comparable academic training
Solid expertise in metal and possibly plastics processes, surface technology and assembly processes
Several years of professional experience in industrial engineering, ideally in a multi-stage production plant
Leadership experience, assertiveness and strong goal-orientation
High methodological competence in project management, problem solving and creativity techniques
Good communication and presentation skills as well as business fluent German and English written and spoken
Software & methodology (i.e. PLC) Know How, as well as experience in Industry 4.0 applications (including AI) would be highly appreciated
