Project Manager Overview
A Project Manager is responsible for leadership and coordination for all aspects of the project and is accountable for the project's success. This is accomplished by developing and maintaining effective relationships with all parties involved with the project, maintaining and communicating accurate financial details of the project, maintaining accurate documentation of the project, and by providing support and direction for the entire project team.
