You’ll have the opportunity to manage impactful energy projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and grow your career in an organization that values innovation, integrity, safety, and professional development.Join a company where your work directly supports communities, where you are encouraged to keep learning, and where you can build a long-term, meaningful career in the energy industry.## Responsibilities* Plan and execute projects using PMI (Project Management Institute) project management standards, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and quality.* Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.* Lead the scope development, design, construction, and commissioning of electrical systems and components within generating facilities.* Manage project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.* Review electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.* Track progress, manage risks, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership.* Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all project phases.## **Basic Qualifications*** Associate’s degree with 2 years related work experience* High School/GED and 5 years related work experience, in lieu of associate's degree and work experience## **Preferred Qualifications*** Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.* Prior experience in utility, power generation, or industrial project management.* Working knowledge of electrical systems and components used in power generation environments.* Knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations (NEC, local codes).* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.* PMP certification or equivalent PMI-based training preferred.* Proficient with project scheduling, cost control, and forecasting tools* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.## ****Work Envioment***** On-site position at our Noblesville Generating Station, where you will Collaborate closely with engineers, field teams, and operations staff.****Travel Requirements****5-15%### Relocation Assistance Provided (as applicable)Yes### Represented/Union PositionNo### Visa Sponsored PositionNo### Please note that in order to be considered for this position, you must possess all of the basic/required qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
