Senior Field Service Engineer / CNC Service Engineer

Senior Field Service Engineer / CNC Service Engineer required to join a global manufacturer of CNC machine tools.
Responsibilities
Meet customers across the US to service, install, repair and maintain a range of advanced CNC machine tools.
Deliver after‑sales support by training customers, installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and upgrading CNC machinery and related systems.
Coordinate and execute installation, maintenance, and enhancement tasks, while investigating and resolving customer‑reported technical issues to minimize future downtime.
Analyze technical information to identify root causes, implement repairs or improvements, and relay findings to senior management.
Requirements
A degree or equivalent qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering is advantageous.
Prior experience servicing and maintaining CNC machine tools.
Strong knowledge of CNC control systems (Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc) and previous experience with PLC’s and drives.
Willingness to travel to meet customers across the US when required.
