Merit Landscape Solutions
is looking for individuals who have a thorough understanding of all aspects of irrigation systems including but not limited to: irrigation maintenance, trouble‑shooting, repairs, and seasonal maintenance. In this position you will analyze and repair irrigation systems; manage watering schedules; perform irrigation activations and winterizations.
Great Candidate Will Have
1‑3 years prior irrigation experience
Irrigation technician license (preferred but not required)
Ability to pass an MVR and a pre‑employment drug test
Authorization to work in the US
Possesses a valid driver license
Understands various irrigation controllers & related equipment and how to thoroughly complete and document an irrigation inspection
Is able to handle the physical demands of our work including adverse weather conditions, heavy lifting (30‑80 pounds), and extensive walking
Is able to communicate effectively in English; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
Is dependable and punctual, self‑motivated and willing to pitch in wherever help is needed
