The Senior Small Business Relationship Banker is responsible for meeting with customers and prospects in person and by phone to determine financial needs and to offer appropriate products, services, and guidance to achieve financial goals. The role focuses on small business customers with revenues up to $5MM, including acquiring new customers and deepening existing relationships through checking acquisition, check card, money movement, credit card, merchant services, and lending. The successful candidate should be driven, competitive, and able to work as part of a team, with strong communication skills to identify customer needs. Primary Responsibilities

Achieve individual and branch targets by proactively identifying customer needs and providing advanced guidance on Regions’ solutions, with a focus on small business customers Conduct outbound calls using generated lead lists to expand relationships and acquire new business Partner with the Branch Manager to serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers with revenues up to $5MM Educate and advise customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including all loan and deposit types Educate customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings Provide a consistent optimal customer experience, including day-to-day branch responsibilities to ensure customers bank how, when, and where they choose Own and resolve customer issues Refer customers to an internal team of experts when additional financial goals and needs are identified Support team development by serving as a subject matter expert for junior bankers Follow bank processes and procedures and adhere to applicable laws and regulations; manage, identify, and report operational risks This position requires tracking time for hours worked in excess of 40 per week and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position is incentive eligible. This position requires registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS). High School Diploma or GED Two (2) years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor Ability to work Saturdays as needed Ability to walk and stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds Preferences

Bachelor’s degree Skills and Competencies

Full time Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job-specific and provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors impacting pay include experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location, and performance. Pay will vary among associates. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area market range for the position location and level. Job Range Target: Minimum, Median.
