Job Description We are seeking an experienced
QA Test Lead
with strong expertise in
functional and automation testing , particularly within
IVR and contact center technologies . This role requires hands‑on leadership, test strategy ownership, and close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders in an onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead QA activities including
test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting
Define and implement
test strategies and automation frameworks
Drive
root cause analysis
and ensure high‑quality deliverables
Collaborate with cross‑functional Agile teams
Mentor QA engineers and enforce best testing practices
Required Experience & Skills 5–8 years
of overall QA experience with strong focus on
functional and automation testing
3+ years
of experience leading QA efforts
Strong hands‑on experience with
test automation frameworks
(Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar)
Experience with
test management and defect tracking tools
(JIRA, TestRail, Octane)
Solid understanding of
Agile testing methodologies
Experience with
REST API automation
(RestAssured, Postman, SoapUI)
Exposure to
CI/CD pipelines
(Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Version control tools:
Git, Bitbucket
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Domain‑Specific Requirements (Must‑Have) Experience testing
IVR applications
within the
telecommunications/contact center domain
Familiarity with
speech and DTMF systems , CTI, and agent functionalities
Prior experience using
Cyara
for IVR testing and test case creation
Nice‑to‑Have Skills Exposure to
self‑healing test automation
Basic understanding of
AI‑driven QA approaches
Experience with
performance testing tools
(JMeter, LoadRunner)
Understanding of
DevOps / QAOps practices
Experience with
cloud platforms
(AWS or Azure)
