Job Overview Responsible for steering and tracking Voice of Customer (VoCA) topics within the plant. Ensures that customer feedback is systematically captured, analyzed, and addressed in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Drives problem solving within the plant, ensuring process adherence and quality of content from all departments. Drives continuous improvement initiatives based on VoCA insights and ensures alignment with global quality standards and processes.
Responsibilities
Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of VoCA data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain tracking systems for VoCA topics, ensuring transparency and timely resolution
Coordinate with all relevant areas to address customer concerns and implement corrective actions
Evaluate the quality of the corrective actions as well as problem solving presented by root cause owners
Prepare and present regular VoCA performance reports to local and divisional stakeholders
Align VoCA processes with IATF 16949 and global Mercedes-Benz Vans standards
Develop and implement standardized work instructions and training plans for Quality team members to meet safety, regulatory and quality requirements
Identify opportunities to improve quality processes and improve effectiveness
Maintain a safe and clean working environment for all Quality areas
Participate in regularly scheduled team meetings
Support company Leadership values and principles
Will perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or similar, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field preferred or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in similar professional role in production and quality in automotive manufacturing. Able to perform the essential functions of the job.
Knowledge & Skills
Intermediate computer skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), regular email use, and ability to use other programs and equipment in the quality department
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to professionally network with MBV Departments, corporate R&D HQ and Quality departments within Van division
German language proficiency strongly preferred. Spanish is a plus.
Profound knowledge in area of product engineering process and Quality / Measurement systems preferred.
Experience with failure analysis and corrective action processes
