We’re supporting an insurance client in Birmingham seeking a

Senior FP&A Analyst

for a

6-month interim engagement . This role partners closely with senior leadership to support planning, forecasting, and performance analysis during a key project period.

Key Focus Areas:

Support annual planning, forecasting, and corporate consolidation activities

Prepare financial forecasts, what-if scenarios, and monthly variance analysis

Partner with business units to gather inputs and resolve financial questions

Develop and enhance financial models, metrics, and management reporting

Assist with macro-economic analysis and emerging business issues

Document processes, maintain internal controls, and drive process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience

Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

Experience working with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments

Insurance industry experience preferred
