Job Description As a Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will employ critical thinking in a clean room environment. Use your knowledge of chemistry fundamentals to help Honeywell deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work under direct supervision and alongside some of the world’s most talented chemists to develop and optimize chemical formulations, conduct experiments, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product development of Honeywell’s next generation of products. You will run experiments and tests to aid in the development of improved manufacturing procedures and processes. You will be a part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of our projects and programs.

In this role, you will impact Honeywell’s offerings by ensuring the seamless integration of chemistry principles into product development, enhancing the quality and innovation of Honeywell’s offerings. Your leadership fosters a dynamic and collaborative environment, ultimately driving the company’s success by pushing the boundaries of scientific possibilities.

Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.

SHIFT SCHEDULE

3rd shift: Monday (Sunday night)->Friday (Thursday night) 10pm-6am

2nd Shift: Monday->Friday 2pm-10pm

5th Shift: Friday->Monday 2pm-12am

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE

6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Experience with quality control and assurance practices.

Proficiency in using manufacturing tools and technologies, including CNC machines and assembly equipment.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.

Experience in aerospace manufacturing.

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $29 per hour. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
