Reporting to the Director of Patient Access Liaisons, the Patient Access Liaison (PAL) provides logistical and non-medical education to patients, caregivers, physicians, nurses, office, and infusion center staff. The PAL is a member of Viridian's Patient Services team and is responsible for executing strategies that enhance patient access to Viridian therapies by minimizing access barriers and ensuring a consistent, compliant, and high-quality support experience for patients. This role will be integral part of product launch plans. The PAL role is fully remote and covers a multi-state territory that includes NC, SC, and GA. Travel for meetings and customer engagements may be required at the discretion of management. Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers for supplemental education and questions related to medication access and administration of Viridian therapies Coordinate treatment with physicians, infusions centers, pharmacies and payers to prioritize the needs, experiences, and well-being of patients and document details in CRM Develop and maintain relationships with patients and caregivers by creating a communication plan tailored to the needs of the patient and their care team Educate patients, healthcare professionals and infusion center staff on insurance coverage and the process for obtaining therapy Provide information on affordability resources, as needed Collaborates effectively across a matrix organization to align priorities, share insights, communicate seamlessly and resolve issues Within the assigned region, monitor KPIs to ensure optimal performance Execute training of ViridianCares with internal and external employees where appropriate Foster a culture of compliance, collaboration, patient-centricity, and accountability Requirements

5+ years of experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals, preferably in Patient Services as a patient-facing contributor Bachelor's degree required Proven success as a field-based team member (e.g., FRM, PAL, Market Access) Strong understanding of payer dynamics, specialty pharmacy, HUB models, and overcoming access challenges Expertise in rare disease or specialty therapeutics is a plus Strong business acumen, communication, and analytical skills Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills Proven mindset of proactive continuous improvement Efficient independent worker with ability to focus and drive for results Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple tasks Strong commitment to ethical standards Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) Ability to travel up to 50% The salary range for this position is commensurate with experience Benefits
