Accountabilities
Engage directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives
Design and implement tailored technical solutions using APIs and backend infrastructure
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver customer-specific and scalable improvements
Contribute to product planning with real-world customer use cases
Build and enhance product features and improve reliability
Provide exceptional technical support during onboarding and post-sale expansion
Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders
Experience delivering client-facing solutions in technical roles
5+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack software engineer
Fluency in Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript
Strong SQL skills, particularly with PostgreSQL
Hands‑on API development experience
