Surgical Tech
to join the team.

Hours:
Mon - Friday, hours can be discussed and determined based on the applicant and clinic needs. Seeking full time candidates, but open to discuss part time.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing the operating room for surgical procedures.
Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
Support the surgical team during procedures by passing instruments and supplies.
Monitor patient vital signs and maintain a sterile environment.
Assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery.
Document surgical procedures and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Verify supplies and equipment are available and functioning.
Maintain documentation and compliance with regulatory standards (AAAHC, OSHA, Medicare)
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
Completion of an accredited surgical technology program.
Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.
Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and aseptic techniques.
Experience and familiarity with fluoroscopy and neurostimulation procedures
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety.
Current BLS certification required.
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
