Medical Clerks keep the wheels turning . You’re the behind-the-scenes MVP making sure appointments are locked in, charts are prepped, and nurses and providers walk into every patient visit supported and ready.

safe, secure correctional healthcare environment , serving a patient population that truly needs advocates like you.
What you’ll do
Schedule medical appointments like a pro
Prepare and organize charts for nurse and provider visits
Keep medical records accurate, tidy, and up-to-date
Safeguard patient confidentiality (HIPAA heroes welcome)
Support the clinical team while owning your workflow with autonomy and initiative
Who we’re looking for You’re experienced in a medical office setting, comfortable navigating electronic medical records, and confident using computers to get the job done. You understand basic medical terminology, work well independently, and don’t wait to be told what needs done — you see it, own it, and do it.
Strong organizational skills, smart decision-making, and attention to detail aren’t just on your résumé — they’re part of your personality.

Full-Time Medical Clerk Schedule:
30 hours/week
