At CNHS, we are committed to providing high-quality care to our tribal community and are currently seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist to join our team! Our dental team plays a critical role in ensuring children receive the preventive and restorative care they need for lifelong oral health.
Key Responsibilities
Examination and comprehensive dental care of infants and children
Direct and indirect restorations of primary and permanent dentition
Extractions of primary and permanent teeth
Pulpal treatment of primary teeth
Consultations regarding complex treatment of pediatric patients referred by general dentists and pediatricians
Surgery cases in our outpatient surgery center as well as privileges at our hospital for medically complex patients with skilled anesthesia providers weekly
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Completed a pediatric dentist program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accredition (CODA)
Licensed to practice dentistry in Oklahoma.
Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a rural health setting.
Strong communication skills and cultural competency in working with tribal communities
