Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Successful completion of EIT exam, or the ability to take the exam within 12 months.
Demonstrated interest through internships, volunteering, or organization memberships.
Creative thinking and a methodical, pragmatic approach to problem solving.
Proficient communication and presentation skills for client and colleague engagement.
Resilient, solution‑oriented mindset focused on continuous growth.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork.
