Physical Therapist – Early Intervention
Competitive rates based on experience ($65/hr - $75/hr). Flexible and rewarding opportunity to work with infants, toddlers and their families through home‑based Early Intervention services.

Opportunities to serve infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families in home and community‑based settings
Job Responsibilities
Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy services utilizing the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon)
Follow each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and work with the family to develop strategies to help each child reach specific developmental goals
Utilize a family‑centered parent coaching approach to build caregivers’ confidence and skills and ensure progress is generalized
Provide services in the child’s natural environment, in families’ homes, daycare centers and/or other community settings
Provide re‑assessments and write progress reports (typically bi‑annual)
Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations)
Requirements
California Physical Therapy (DPT) license
Pediatric experience required (Early Intervention experience preferred)
Strong clinical & interpersonal skills
Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
