POSITION SUMMARY
The RN Operations supports daily clinical operations at the Miyo Youth Wellness Center by coordinating nursing services, supporting clinical workflows, and ensuring high‑quality, culturally grounded care for youth and families under the direction of the Medical Director.
MAJOR DUTIES
Coordinate daily nursing and clinical operations at the Miyo Center.
Support care coordination, clinical workflows, and scheduling.
Provide day‑to‑day operational guidance to nursing and support staff.
Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and standards.
Assist with quality improvement, documentation, and reporting.
Collaborate with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary teams.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Experience in clinical nursing practice.
Knowledge of healthcare operations and patient care coordination.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in clinical operations, leadership, or supervisory roles.
Experience working in youth, community, or tribal health settings.
Knowledge of culturally grounded or integrated care models.
