Tax Manager
to join their team to help shape high-profile private equity and corporate transactions – from £5m to £1bn+.
They’re not your typical tax team. They provide
end-to-end advisory across the deal lifecycle , working on exciting domestic and cross-border transactions across industries like tech, healthcare, retail, and beyond.
What you’ll do:
Lead tax due diligence and structuring projects on both buy- and sell-side
Guide clients through commercial and tax challenges with clarity and confidence
Collaborate closely with our FDD and SPA teams to deliver integrated deal advice
Present key findings to clients and legal advisors, and manage external relationships
Get involved in public company transactions and work across international deals
Support junior colleagues and contribute to team development
Play a hands-on role in business development and proposal writing
What you’ll bring:
ACA, CTA, CA or equivalent qualification
Strong grounding in UK tax, ideally with M&A or corporate tax experience
Client-focused with excellent project management skills
Confident communicator with solid technical tax understanding
Bonus points for exposure to share schemes, VAT, or fund structuring
