Key Responsibilities
Review and validate loan documentation and client support files.
Perform data analysis related to collateral, receivables, and inventory where applicable.
Analyze trends and variances in financial and collateral data within capital markets portfolios.
Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and potential risk indicators and escalates per process.
Extract, format, and upload client data using Excel‑based tools and templates.
Maintain and update Excel formulas used for data extraction and reporting.
Review client submissions for completeness and adherence to predefined requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve missing or incomplete documentation.
Communicate findings clearly to internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
4‑8 years experience in capital markets operations or analysis.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, functions, lookups, and data analysis.
Prior experience with loan document review or financial documentation.
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a structured, process‑driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to Asset Based Lending (ABL) or secured lending.
Accounting or finance background.
Experience with collateral, receivables, or inventory analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Early‑career professional with real execution experience.
Excel‑heavy, detail‑oriented, and process compliant.
Comfortable doing hands‑on analysis and documentation work.
