The Per Diem Corporate Accounts Support is responsible to support the corporate accounts department in many cross-functional roles.
This position requires flexibility to travel to Kelsey-Seybold locations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provides coverage for the Concierge Specialist, Outreach and Enrollment Specialist, Corporate Accounts Specialists, Special Accounts Coordinators, Quality Assurance Analysts and Corporate Accounts Billing Coordinator and Executive Assistant
Requires the ability to be fully functional in all of the prior listed roles

Required Qualifications:
HS diploma or GED
1+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role and front-facing customer service experience either business-to-customer or business-to-business
Accurate typing at a minimum speed of 30wpm
Proven intermediate level skills in MS Excel and MS Word
Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of customers internal and external, medical staff and management personnel
Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of medical terminology
Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of tasks with speed, attention to detail and accuracy
Working knowledge of all business software
Good analytical and mathematical ability
Excellent communication skills
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.00 to $32.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
