Co-Manufacturing & Commercial Sourcing Manager
to support and scale co-manufacturing and commercial sourcing operations. This hybrid role partners closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure efficient, compliant, and resilient supply chain execution. Responsibilities Include:
Own relationships with co-manufacturing, co-packing, and select commercial partners, acting as the key point of contact
Drive commercial sourcing efforts including RFPs, logistics providers, imports, sea freight, and carrier bids
Lead supplier negotiations, contracts, SLAs, and ongoing performance management
Partner closely with internal customer service and logistics teams to ensure seamless end-to-end product flow
Support commercialization initiatives including new product launches, packaging changes, and network updates
Identify risks, improvement opportunities, and help strengthen supply chain continuity
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related business discipline
5–10 years of experience in a similar FMCG role, ideally within food & beverage
2–5 years of experience in food manufacturing and/or perishable goods supply chain logistics
Strong logistics and end-to-end supply chain understanding, including overseas sourcing
Proven experience with negotiations and contractual agreements
Exposure to major retailers such as Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, Albertsons, or Kroger
Strong communication skills and confidence representing the business externally
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, ownership-driven environment
