**Tuition Reimbursement**### ## **Your Role & Responsibilities:**As a Leasing Manager, you will oversee leasing operations, lead a team, and create a top-tier experience for prospects and residents. Key responsibilities include:**Leasing & Marketing Strategy** – Develop and implement programs to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals. Maintain and execute the **Marketing Plan** while analyzing market trends.
**Team Leadership & Training** – Hire, train, and motivate a team of at least three **Leasing Consultants**, ensuring their success through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
**Customer Experience & Sales** – Show and lease apartments to qualified prospects, manage follow-ups, and utilize multiple marketing channels (phone, internet, social media).
**Market & Competitor Analysis** – Conduct regular property **shopping reports**, track market trends, and monitor pricing, policies, and lease terms.
**Resident Retention** – Develop and maintain resident engagement programs, coordinate lease renewals, and enhance community satisfaction.### ### **What We’re Looking For:** **Education:** High School Diploma or GED required.
**Experience:** Minimum 1 year experience as a Leasing Manager or Community Manager required.
