You'll develop and direct detailed project plans, integrating technical activities to achieve strategic goals. You'll present and clearly explain complex proposals, reports, and findings to client stakeholders. You'll recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members, fostering their professional development and competence. You'll analyze technology trends, resource availability, and market demand to assess project feasibility. You'll lead cross-functional discussions with management, production, and marketing teams on project specifications and procedures. You'll review, negotiate, and recommend contracts and cost estimates for approval. You'll oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and feasibility to execution and integration. You'll translate technical concepts and project updates for diverse audiences, including clients and internal staff. You'll manage resource allocation and team performance to align with project objectives and market opportunities. You'll ensure project alignment with business objectives through continuous assessment of technical needs and market conditions. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. PMI or PMP certification preferred. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc. $100,000 - $150,000 a year Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, or Washington as set forth below.
