Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)

has an exciting opportunity for an

Experienced Staff Analyst (Level 3)

to join the F-15 Manufacturing Integration team in

Berkeley, MO!

Position Responsibilities

Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.

Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.

Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

Delivers informational or technical materials. Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.

Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.

Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.

Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.

Develops and deploys localized training content.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

3+ years of experience managing business metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions

3+ years of job experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership

3+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Previous experience working in or supporting manufacturing processes

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Previous experience with data analytic and/or workforce management tools

Summary pay range: $78,200 - $105,800 USD
