* Build and maintain actuarial models that guide pricing, valuation, and financial projections for pet insurance products.* Analyze complex data to uncover trends, assess risk, and support strategic decisions.* Partner with cross-functional teams to develop new products and ensure competitive pricing.* Prepare clear, actionable insights and recommendations for leadership to drive business growth.* Contribute to a culture of collaboration and innovation through peer reviews and knowledge sharing.* Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.* ASA or ACAS designation required; FSA/FCAS designation preferred or actively in progress.* 4–7 years of actuarial experience, ideally in insurance or financial services.* Strong technical skills in actuarial software, Microsoft Office (including VBA), and programming languages like R, Python, or SQL.* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.We have an array of benefits to fit your needs, including: medical/dental/vision, life insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off with newly hired associates receiving a minimum of 18 days paid time off each full calendar year pro-rated quarterly based on hire date, nine paid holidays, 8 hours of Lifetime paid time off, 8 hours of Unity Day paid time off, 401(k) with company match, company-paid pension plan, business casual attire, and more.
