Cloud Architect (Multi-Cloud / GCP AI Enablement) Type:
Contract Location:
REMOTE (LATAM only) Overview We are seeking a Cloud Architect–level expertise on a targeted or advisory basis to support specific initiatives. This role is particularly focused on multi-cloud architecture, governance, and the enablement of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for AI/ML workloads, aligned with existing AWS and Azure standards. Key Responsibilities Provide architecture leadership and guidance across AWS, Azure, and GCP Design and advise on secure, scalable, and governed multi-cloud architectures Support governance, security, and cost management strategies across cloud platforms Lead or advise on the design and implementation of GCP environments for AI/ML workloads Define GCP organizational structure, IAM, networking, billing, and guardrails Align GCP patterns and controls with existing AWS and Azure governance models Partner with cloud engineering, security, data, and infrastructure teams Provide architectural oversight without slowing delivery—balancing standards with pragmatism GCP / AI Enablement Focus Design and stand up secure GCP environments suitable for AI/ML workloads Establish best practices for GCP IAM, networking, org/project structure, and billing Advise on AI/ML platform services, with
Vertex AI exposure strongly preferred Ensure consistency with enterprise security, compliance, and operational expectations Required Skills & Experience 5–10+ years of solid cloud architecture experience Deep expertise in AWS and Azure, with hands-on GCP experience Strong background in cloud governance, security architecture, and cost discipline Experience designing enterprise-scale, hybrid cloud platforms Prior experience in healthcare, research, or other regulated environments Ability to operate in an advisory or focused delivery capacity Preferred Qualifications Direct experience enabling AI/ML platforms in cloud environments Experience aligning multiple cloud platforms under a unified governance model Background working alongside platform engineering and operations teams Soft Skills (Critical for Success) Clear and effective written and verbal communicator Comfortable operating in regulated healthcare environments Able to follow standards while remaining flexible and pragmatic Collaborative, low-ego, and delivery-focused Effective working nearshore with a US-based team To Apply for this Job Click Here
