Key Responsibilities

Guide architectural projects from early planning through construction completion

Provide oversight of technical documentation, coordination efforts, and consultant integration

Navigate building codes and regulatory standards common to healthcare and other regulated project types

Act as a primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders

Coordinate internal teams to maintain quality, schedule alignment, and design intent

Support project planning, staffing, and overall performance in partnership with leadership

Contribute to mentoring and development of project team members

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Architecture; licensure preferred

8+ years of professional experience on complex architectural projects

Demonstrated experience working on

healthcare projects

Strong technical background with the ability to lead coordination efforts

Clear communicator comfortable working with clients, consultants, and internal teams
