Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Cognos Administrator to join their team. As a Cognos Administrator, you will be part of the Data & Analytics department supporting the Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range $53-$58/hr
What's the Job?
Manage and maintain Cognos environments, including installation, configuration, and environment tuning
Implement security protocols and support server administration for large-scale Windows environments
Troubleshoot issues and support distributed, clustered, or scaled-out deployments
Automate processes using Python scripting for installation, configuration, and environment provisioning
Ensure high uptime and optimal performance of complex BI environments
What's Needed?
Proven experience as a Cognos Administrator in large Windows environments
Hands-on experience with Cognos installation, configuration, and environment tuning
Strong skills in server security setup and troubleshooting
Experience with Python scripting for automation tasks
Ability to manage complex BI environments with high availability requirements
